Mandy McCarthy joined the Omaha Athletics Staff as Head Athletic Trainer in August 2023.

McCarthy holds a Master of Science degree in Athletic Training from South Dakota State University. Prior to Omaha, McCarthy was an Assistant Athletic Trainer at the University of South Dakota. She has years of athletic training experience on collegiate national championship teams at the NCAA D1, NJCAA and NAIA levels. She brings leadership experience from her time as a Head Athletic Trainer at Dakota State University.
