Dion Acoff joins the Omaha men's soccer staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2022 season.
Acoff currently plays for Union Omaha. He signed with the Owls in February 2022. He started in five matches and made 15 appearances so far this season.
Prior to Union Omaha, Acoff played internationally for six seasons. During that stretch, he totaled 18 goals with five different teams.
Acoff played collegiately at Creighton from 2009-11. While with the Bluejays, Acoff earned First Team All-MVC honors in 2010. He was tabbed the 2009 MVC Freshman of the Year. In his first two seasons with Creighton, Acoff tallied two goals and 14 assists, which included 10 in his sophomore campaign.
