Arkansas Tech Highlights
  • Coached ATU standout Ellen Spigner to a T12 finish at the NCAA regional where she shot scores of 73, 76 and 74
  • Spigner was named to the WGCA All-Region Team and earned second team all-conference honors, Josie Roberson was named an All-GAC Honorable Mention 
  • On the men’s side, the program placed fourth at the GAC Championship in his lone season at the helm 
  • Shaun Jones placed T3 in the GAC Championship and earned an All-Tournament nod 
  • Coached Jackson Cole to an All-GAC Honorable Mention and an individual medal
Wayne State Highlights
  • Hired to start up the women’s golf program in 2019 after it was suspended in 2013
  • Played an important role in revitalizing the men’s program for the 2023-24 season 
  • Led the Wildcats to a second-place finish in the NSIC Championship just their second year of competition since the team resumed
  • Coached Abby Kurmel to an individual medal at the 2022 championship, the second in program history and first since 1998
