Final Results
BLAIR, Neb. -- Five Mavericks earned titles Saturday and junior Todd Meneely was named the tournament's Outstanding Wrestler at the 2008 Dana Open which attracted over 200 wrestlers and 17 schools, including Division I Nebraska, Missouri, and Wyoming.
The Mavericks earning titles included: Todd Meneely (149), Henry Wahle (157), Aaron Denson (165), Brent Pankoke (184), and Jabob Marrs (197). In addition to the five titles, three UNO wrestlers claimed second-place finishes in the tournament.
Meneely went 4-0 in the tournament defeating fellow Maverick Esai Dominguez, who was wrestling unattached, in the title match.

The Mavericks, who are currently ranked No. 7 in the lastest NCAA Division II rankings, will compete in the NWCA National Duals on Saturday-Sunday, Jan. 12-13, in Cedar Falls, Iowa.
