Senior tailback Kyle Kasperbauer and junior quarterback Zach Miller each won two awards as a crowd of nearly 400 celebrated the Mavericks' 11th straight winning season and third straight North Central Conference championship Saturday night as the team handed out its annual outstanding player awards at its annual banquet.

Kasperbauer was named the team's outstanding offensive back and also was presented with the Tom Hutchison Award for the most enthusiastic player.

Miller was the newcomer of the year and also earned the Brad Beckman Award as the offensive most valuable player.
