At Washburn: Finished her freshman season with a 12-11 singles record, while compiling a 17-9 record as as member of the No.1 doubles team in 2002-2003.

High School: A 2002 graduate of Millard North HS...2002 No.1 doubles state champion..led team to three-straight Metro Conference team titles from 2000-2002...member of the 2001 and 2002 Class A state championship teams...two-time Metro Conference No.1 doubles champion...also lettered in golf while at Millard North.

Personal: Majoring in pre-nursing...has a one-year-old son Connor...parents are Keith and Cheryl Schmidt.
