Biography

2019 (Sophomore)
Competed in all six meets for the Mavericks, scoring in all of them…led the Mavericks in one race and was second in the other five…was Omaha’s top finisher, taking 35th overall, in the Greeno/Dirksen Invite at Nebraska with a 5K time of 18:53.6 (Sept. 21)…ran a lifetime best 6K time of 22:30.7 at the Summit League Championship, finishing 23rd overall (Nov. 2)...named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll and the Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

2018 (Freshman)
Competed in all six meets, scoring in each one and twice finishing second on the team…ran second on the team at both the Summit League Championships (Oct. 27) and the NCAA Midwest Regionals (Nov. 9)…had a season-best 6K time of 23:20.01 at the Summit League Championship…had a season-best 5K time of 19:23.85 at the Joe Piane Invitational at Notre Dame (Sept. 28)...a member of the Summit League Academic Honor Roll.

Before UNO
Was a three-year letter winner in cross country at AHSTW High School in Avoca, Iowa...also lettered in track & field as a senior...as a senior in 2017-18, placed third in the conference cross country meet and 15th at the state meet and was academic all-conference for the second straight year...competed in the 1,500 and 3,000 meters in the state track meet and again was academic all-conference.

Born Oct. 28, 1999...daughter of Zach Hall and Mindy Nelson...has a brother, Zeb, and a sister, Halle...majoring in biology.
