Honors and Awards
All-Summit (2018, 2019)

As a Senior (2018-19)
Garnered All-Summit honors in the 200 medley relay, the 200 and 400 freestyle relays… Part of the 200 freestyle relay team at The Summit League Championships that swam the second-fastest time in school history with a 1:33.79… Also a member of the 400 freestyle relay team that notched the second-fastest time in program history with a 3:25.66 at The Summit League Championships… Notched season bests in the 50-yard free (23.79), the 100-free (52.21), the 200-free (1:58.43), the 500-free (5:28.86), the 100-back (57.74) and the 100-IM (1:03.65) … Recorded 21 top-10 finishes on the season.

As a Junior (2017-18)
Earned All-Summit recognition in the 200 and 400 free relays… Part of the 200-yard free relay team that set a new school record with a time of 1:32.59 at The Summit League Championships… Recorded 17 top-10 finishes and 10 top-5 finishes for the season… Swam season-lows in the 50-yard free (23.49), 100-yard free (51.87) and 100-yard back (59.09) at The Summit League Championships… Placed first at the Kansas Classic (24.34) and runner-up against Western Illinois (24.73) in the 50-yard free… Finished runner-up in the 100-yard free at The Summit League Championships (52.52).

Lincoln College
Seven-time national finalist as a freshman…Set the school record in the 100 free as a sophomore and was a seven-time national finalist again that season…Four-time national swimmer of the week.

Lincoln Community High School
Three-year letterwinner at Lincoln Community High School…Set five school records…Also lettered four years in cheerleading and served as her squad’s co-captain…Member of the National Honor Society.

Club Team
Swam for Aqua Lynx and Redbird Swim Club under coach John Almeida…Senior state qualifier and regional meet medalist…Eight-time senior state champion.

Born March 3, 1997 to Heather and Eric Ewald…Has one brother, Will…Majoring in psychology with a minor in sociology…Hobbies include reading, writing and working out.
