Appeared in 13 meets as a senior…Made her season debut at Denver with a season-best 27.68 in the 50 free...At the Mutual of Omaha Invite, posted season lows in the 100 free (59.19) and 200 breast (2:40.18)...Swam three season-best times at the Summit League Championships: the 100 breast (1:13.82), 200 free (2:05.11) and 200 IM (2:21.71)…Named to the Summit League Academic Honor Roll, Commissioner’s List of Academic Excellence and Distinguished Scholars List.

As a Junior (2013-14)
Competed in 10 events as a junior...Raced individual top times 100 Breast (1:14.00) and 200 Breast (2:49.80)...Posted season lows in the 50 Free (27.23) and 100 Free (58.50)...Named to the Summit League's Winter/Spring Academic Honor Roll, Distinguished Scholars List and Commissioner's List of Academic Excellence.

As a Sophomore (2012-13)
Clocked a season best in the 50 free posting a time of 26.33 at the Summit League Championships...Had another season low at the Mutual of Omaha Invite with 59.13 in the 100 free…Competed in 15 meets in her first year at UNO.

Member of the Wyoming swim team in 2011-12 as a sprinter.

Yuma High School
Attended Yuma High School but lettered four years in swimming for coach Cindy Pennington at Sterling High School…Part of three consecutive state-qualifying relay teams in the 200 medley, 200 free and 400 free relays as a freshman, sophomore and junior…As a senior, served as team captain and also took sixth in the 50 free at the conference championships…finished in the top 15 at the conference meet in the 500 free and 200 IM in her sophomore and junior seasons…As a junior, her 200 medley, 200 free and 400 free relay teams also took fifth at the meet…In her sophomore year, helped the 200 free relay to a fifth-place showing and the 200 medley relay group to a sixth-place finish…Also lettered four years in track & field three years in volleyball and one year in cross country for Yuma…Named captain of her cross country and track squads as a senior…Helped Yuma to a cross country league championship in 2011...Honored as the female student-athlete of the year in 2011…Salutatorian of her graduating class and was a member of the honor roll all four years…Served as president of the National Honor Society…Also swam for Coach Robin Schneider of the Wray StingWrays club…Won the 15-18 girls division three years straight and was her league’s high point champion those same years...Club took second at the 2011 Northwest Kansas Swim League Championships.

Born Sept. 15, 1992 to Curtis and Barbara Brown in Wray, Colo….Has two sisters, Erin Frank and Kathleen Burns, and one brother, Shawn Brown…Member of the UNO Chancellor's List and Dean's List...Majoring in political science with an emphasis on pre-law.
