2009-10 (Junior):
Appeared in four tournaments and seven rounds for UNO...had a stroke average of 83.4 which ranked sixth on the team...shot a season- and career-best 77 in the first round of the Drury University Fall Shootout on Sept. 15-16...earned her best finish of the season by tying for third at the Bearcat Invitational at Northwest Missouri State on Oct. 1-2...posted best tournament score with 162 at the UNO Fall Classic on Oct. 4-5.

2008-09 (Sophomore): 
Coming off a redshirt season, Powell competed in 22 rounds, finishing with an 84.2 stroke average...best round was a 78, part of a fourth place finish in the Wayne State Spring Invite...finished third on team in NCAA Division II West Regional with three-round score of 246...shot an 81 the Wayne State College Invitational, good for fourth place...also tied for sixth place at at the Bearcat Inviational when she shot a 162. 

2007-08: 
Redshirted

2006-07 (Freshman): 
Had an 87.1 stroke average in 18 rounds...had two top 10 finishes, at Missouri Western, where she tied for 10th and was seventh in the Ironwood Classic...best round was a 79 at Nebraska Wesleyan meet.

High School: 
Won the Lincoln Public Schools championship as a senior at Lincoln Southeast High School under coach Ryan Phifer...was a four-year letterwinner in golf and a three-time letterwinner in soccer...had a scoring average of 82...won Sertoma Award in 2005-06.

Personal: 
Born August 6, 1988...daughter of Jon and Candy Powell...has a brother...majoring in physical education.
