2014 (Senior)

Appeared in all 17 games with 13 starts in the midfield…recorded five shots.

2013 (Junior)

Played in all 16 games and started eight as a defensive midfielder...registered his first career point with an assist on the game-winning goal in a 2-1 win against Western Illinois on Sept. 28...took two shots on the season and put one on target.

2012 (Sophomore)

Played in all 16 games and started seven in the midfield...recorded five shots and one shot on goal.

2011 (Freshman)

Saw action in all 13 games, starting 11 in the midfield...took four shots and put two attempts on goal.

Before UNO

Helped the Creighton Prep Junior Jays to a 20-0 record and the Class A state championship as a senior in 2011...started the final three years of his high school career at center midfield after spending his freshman year playing in the Midwest Regional League...recorded three goals and three assists in his senior year...named to the Omaha World-Herald All-Nebraska First Team and the Lincoln Journal Star Super-State First Team after his senior season...also named to the Omaha World-Herald Class A First Team and the Lincoln Journal Star Class A All-State team...finished with a combined varsity record of 55-7 and made the state tournament each year...earned all-state honorable mention after his junior year...member of the NSAA All-Academic Team and the National Honor Society...played in the Midwest Regional League in 2007-08...five-time club state champions...was named Omaha Futbol Club's U17 Club Player of the Year.

Born on Sept. 14, 1992...son of John Marinkovich and Connie Mangano...has two brothers, Andrew and John...majoring in pre-physical therapy and Spanish.
