as a Freshman (2022-23)
Competed in 11 events over seven meets for the Mavericks... posted three top-10 finishes on the season... finished in 3^rd-place for the team in the 200 butterfly (1:55.74)… placed 1^st in the 100 butterfly vs. Midland/Nebraska-Wesleyan (Dec. 10) with a time of 52.82... competed in the 100 butterfly at the Summit League Championships (Feb. 25) with a time of 51.08.

Lincoln Southwest High School 
Two-year letterwinner for the Silverhawks swimming team and diving team... Set the school record in the 100-fly as a junior in his first year at Lincoln Southwest... Qualified for the Nebraska State tournament as a junior and senior... Member of the 200-medley relay team that set the school and state record... Also swam for Lincoln Select Swimming club. 

Lincoln East High School 
Finalist in all events swam at the Heartland Athletic Conference as a freshman and sophomore... Helped the team to a Heartland Athletic Conference championship as a freshman.

Son of KayCee and Dan Neil... Has a sister, Sammi... Majoring in business analytics.
