FARMINGTON, Utah (June 4, 2025) - Omaha men's and women's basketball's matchups in the third annual Big Sky-Summit Challenge were officially announced Wednesday by the Big Sky Conference and Summit League offices.

Games in the 2025-26 edition of the series will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 3 and Saturday, Dec. 6.

For the third season in a row, the two leagues will be playing for a combined trophy, taking both men's and women's results into consideration equally from 36 total games.

Big Sky Conference home games will be available to stream on ESPN+ and Summit League home games will continue to be available on the Summit League Network.

Omaha men's basketball, the reigning Summit League Regular Season and Tournament Champions, face Northern Colorado at Baxter Arena on Dec. 3 and head to Portland State for a west coast tilt Dec. 6.

In Jamie Carey's inaugural season leading Omaha women's basketball, the program will face Idaho State on the road (Dec. 3) and welcomes Northern Colorado to Omaha (Dec. 6).
