The fourth-seeded Omaha volleyball team takes on top-seeded Denver in the semifinal of the Summit League Volleyball Championship presented by U.S. Air Force Special Warfare on Friday, April 2 at 2:30 p.m. at the Sanford Pentagon in Sioux Falls, S.D.

- Lydia Bartalo, Tina Boe, Ellie Anderson and Brianna Green represented the Pioneers on the All-Summit First Team.
- Bartalo leads Denver with 2.56 kills per set, follwoed by Lorrin Poulter and Boe with 2.38 and 2.20 kills per set, respectively.
- Green and Boe rank second and third in the Summit League with hitting percentages of .344 and .333.
- Head coach Tom Hogan was named Summit League Coach of the Year for the third time in the last four years after helping the Pioneers to their sixth Summit League regular-season title.
- Hogan is in his fifth season at Denver and holds a record of 109-29 with the Pioneers.
All-Time Against Denver
Friday's matchup marks the 20th all-time meeting between Omaha and Denver. The Pioneers lead the series over the Mavericks, 17-2.
Omaha recorded its first win in Denver earlier this season when the Mavericks notched a 3-1 win over the Pioneers on Feb. 1, 2021.

Sadie Limback has put together one of the more dominant campaigns by a Maverick since the transition to Divsion I.
- Ranks first in Summit League in hitting percentage and third in total kills and kills per set.
- Ranks 24th nationall with a .412 hitting percentage on 568 total attacks and is only player in the country to hit above .400 and have mroe than 380 total attacks on season.
- Only player in Summit League to have at least 25 kills in three matches this season.
- Hit over .500 in six matches this season, including a school record .826 on 23 attacks vs. South Dakota State.
- First player in Summit League history to be named Summit League Offensive Player of the Week for four weeks in a row.
