OMAHA, Neb. - The Mavericks hit the road for a two-game slate this week. They start the action at Indiana on Wednesday, Oct. 6 at 6:30 p.m. and follow it up with a league game at Eastern Illinois on Saturday, Oct. 9 at 12 p.m. Omaha opened conference action last week with a 2-0 shutout vs. Kansas City. The Mavericks enter the weekend as one of three Summit League teams that remain undefeated in league play.

The Hoosiers played to a 1-1 draw vs. No. 16 Akron earlier this season. They also picked up wins vs. Notre Dame, Butler, and Xavier.

- Tommy Mihalic leads Indiana with 18 shots on the year. He also has two goals for the Hooisers for four points this season.

Scouting the Eastern Illinois Panthers
The Panthers are 1-6-1 heading into this week of play. EIU picked up a conference opening win vs. St. Thomas on Sept. 25, but fell 2-0 at Denver on Oct. 2. EIU's lone draw of the year cam vs. Green Bay back on Sept. 21. The Panthers were tabbed sixth in the Summit League Preseason Poll following a 1-8-2 finish last spring.
Panthers to Watch
- Lenni Kirchner has appeared in eight matches making seven starts this season. He has a goal for the Panthers and is tied as the team's leader with eight shots. He also adds three shots on goal.
- Brennan Rzewuski is one of four Panthers to start every match this season and logged a team leading 683 minutes on the pitch. Rzewuski has an assist, three shots, and a shot on goal for EIU.
- Between the pipes, Jonathan Burke has made seven starts. Burke has a 1-5-1 record, 1.25 goals against average, 28 saves, and a .757 save percentage.
