OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha women's golf team wraps up regular season play at the Kansas City Intercollegiate hosted by UMKC on Monday and Tuesday, April 8-9.
The Mavericks will play 36 holes on Monday and 18 on Tuesday beginning at 8 a.m. each day from the The Golf Course at Creekmoor in Raymore, Mo.
UNO last played on March 24-25, tying for fifth at the Saluki Invitational at Southern Illinois. The Mavericks shot a 36-hole team score of 651.
Mandy Boyle led the Mavericks in scoring and tied for 12th in the field of 91 golfers with a score of 157.
Zora Gittens was second on the team and tied for 26th with a score of 163, one stroke ahead of teammate
Sami Langford who finished at 164, good for 30th overall.
Jordan York was 42nd overall after shooting 168 for the event.
Samantha Chong finished the scoring for UNO with a total of 173 to finish 54th.
Hannah Hunke, playing as an individual, shot 165 and finished 35th.
Following play at UMKC, the Mavericks will gear up for the Summit League Championships on Sunday-Tuesday, April 21-23 in Newton, Kan.
