URBANDALE, Iowa -- The Omaha women's tennis team fell 7-0 Saturday afternoon against Iowa State.
In doubles,
Natalie Lorentz and
Savanna Crowell fell 6-2 at No. 1 and Iowa State clinched the point with a 6-1 win at No. 3 over
Emily Behling and
Marie Kapelevich.
Omaha fell in straight sets on courts one through five.
Ines Absisan fell 6-0, 6-1 at No. 1,
Janelle Wilson 6-3, 6-1 at No. 2, Kapelevich 6-1, 6-2 at No. 3, Lorentz 6-0, 6-0 at No. 4 and Behling 6-0, 6-2 at No. 5. At No. 6, Crowell fell 6-3, 7-6 (7-5).
