OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha men's soccer team kicks off Summit League action this weekend as the Mavericks host Western Illinois on Saturday, Oct. 5 at 7 p.m. at Caniglia Field.

The Western Illinois Leathernecks are 0-10-0 on the season after losing 1-0 at SIUE earlier this week on Tuesday.
The Leathernecks have scored seven goals in 10 matches this season while being shut out in five matches. WIU is taking 8.5 shots per match with 35.3 percent of those on target.
The Western Illinois defense has allowed 25 goals this season while searching for its first shutout of the 2019 campaign.
