OMAHA, Neb. -- The Omaha volleyball program gears up for two road matches in two days at North Dakota and North Dakota State this weekend. The Mavericks take on the Fighting Hawks Saturday, Oct. 26, at 11 a.m., followed by a Sunday match against the Bison at 1 p.m.
OPENING SERVE
• Omaha enters the weekend with an 11-11 overall record and a 4-4 mark in conference play.

Isabella Sade enters the weekend with 3.56 kills per set in conference play, which ranks third amongst all league opponents.
• Setter
Sami Clarkson ranks second in the league with 10.92 assists per set in Summit League action. She also has a team-high six double-doubles this season alone in digs and assists.
• The Mavericks defeated both North Dakota and North Dakota State 3-1 earlier this season inside Baxter Arena in the opening weekend of Summit League play.

Sadie Limback enters the weekend with a streak of eight-consecutive matches of double-digit kill performances.
SCOUTING NORTH DAKOTA
The Fighting Hawks enter the weekend with a 10-12 overall mark and a 2-6 record in Summit League action. North Dakota is led by first-year head coach Jeremiah Tiffin.
North Dakota and Omaha squared off in both team's respective Summit League openers back on Sept. 27. In that match, the Mavericks won in four sets - 24-26, 25-22, 25-19, 25-11. Peyton Sewell leads the team with 5.75 assists per set, which ranks fourth in the league.
SCOUTING NORTH DAKOTA STATE
NDSU enters the weekend with a 9-11 record and an identical 4-4 conference record with Omaha. Prior to its showdown with the Mavericks, North Dakota State battles South Dakota State at home. The team is led by current Summit League Defensive Player of the Week Kaylee Hanger, who is coming off a career-high of 30 digs in the five-set win over Oral Roberts.
Emily Halverson and Bella Lien led the way with 1.68 and 1.09 kills per set. Omaha won the previous meeting against NDSU in four sets. Head coach Jennifer Lopez is in her third year with the program.
LOOKING AHEAD
Omaha volleyball battles Oral Roberts on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. inside Baxter Arena. The team follows with a Friday night matchup on Nov. 1 against South Dakota. That contest also marks Senior Day for the Mavericks.
