STILLWATER, Okla. – The Omaha men's tennis team lost its season opener to No. 21 Oklahoma State at the Greenwood Tennis Center on Saturday.
With the loss, the Mavericks are now 0-1 on the season, while the Cowboys improved to 1-0.
Oklahoma State earned the doubles point by taking two of the three doubles matches. Senior

Davis Lawley and No. 31 Emile Hudd and Maxim Tybar went unfinished.
The Cowboys kept their momentum by sweeping all six singles matches. Lawley lost a three-set match to Scaglia 6-3, 1-6, 1-0 (9) at the No. 3 spot.
Nathan Reekie fell 6-1, 7-5 to Tybar at No. 4.
