Women's Tennis Adds Lillian Tiemeyer

OMAHA, Neb. – Head coach Adam Summitt announced the signing of Lillian Tiemeyer to National Letter of Intent today. Tiemeyer will join the Mavericks for the 2019-20 academic year.

"I'm very excited to add Lillian to the program," said Summitt. "She has a great attitude and is a driven individual. She possesses some great athleticism which will aid her in her development here.  We are lucky to get someone like her and she will fit right in with our culture and program."

A four-year varsity letterwinner out of Highland Park High School (Highland Park, Ill.), Tiemeyer finished her career with a 55-14-2 mark in singles and an 89-31 record in singles.  She is a four-time conference champion, and a three-time sectional and state qualifier at No. 2 singles.

Tiemeyer capped her senior season with a 16-3 singles mark, while finishing 18-5 in doubles.  She won the New Trier Invite last fall, while placing third at the Mount Prospect Tournament.
