OMAHA, Neb. – The Omaha men's soccer team released its 2018 spring exhibition schedule on Tuesday. The Mavericks, who advanced to the opening round of the NCAA Tournament in 2017, will play five exhibition games this spring.
Omaha opens on Friday, March 16, when it travels to face UMKC in Kansas City. The Mavericks head to Des Moines, Iowa, for a matchup against Drake on Friday, March 30.
Omaha then squares off against Minnesota United on Saturday, April 7 in St. Paul, Minn.
The Mavericks wrap up the road portion of the schedule on Saturday, April 14, against Northwestern in Evanston, Ill.
The spring schedule concludes with a game against Iowa Western at Caniglia Field on Friday, April 20.
Omaha finished its 2017 season as the Summit League postseason champion with a record of 10-6-3.
