• Omaha is midway through the Summit League season, meets Denver for the first of two regular season matchups.
• The Mavericks are riding a seven-match winning streak while the Pioneers have won their last 16.
• Denver was picked to repeat as Summit League Champions prior to the season, while Omaha was selected third in the preseason poll.
• This will be the 13th overall meeting between both programs.

Sydney Case earned her third Summit League Offensive Player of the Week honor after she tallied back-to-back double-doubles in assists and digs.
• She currently leads the league and ranks ninth nationally with 11.53 assists per set.
• Omaha aims for its second-ever victory over Denver and its first since Oct. 24, 2015.

Isabella Sade ranks third in the league for hitting percentage at .336, while
Claire Mountjoy ranks fourth with 3.97 digs per set.
• At .276, Omaha carries the league's best hitting percentage and ranks second with 14.25 kills per set.
• Denver leads the league with 15.13 kills per set in conference play, and also leads the league in assists per set (14.29) and service aces per set (2.33).
Scouting the Denver Pioneers
As the defending Summit League champions, Denver is tied for first place with a 7-0 record and an 18-1 overall mark, riding a 16-match winning streak. Denver's conference wins thus far are over Oral Roberts (3-1), South Dakota State (3-0), North Dakota State (3-1), South Dakota (3-0), North Dakota (3-1), Purdue Fort Wayne (3-0) and Western Illinois (3-0).
Becca Latham, who earned Summit League Offensive Player of the Week last week leads the team with 3.24 kills per set and ranks fourth in the league. The duo of Tina Boe and Latham rank second and third in the league for hitting percentage at .352 and .348, respectively, while Lydia Bartalo leads the league with 0.57 service aces per set.
The Pioneers also recently checked in at No. 9 in Volleyball Magazine's Mid-Major Poll. Head coach Tom Hogan is in his third year with the program and has a 64-16 career record. Omaha trails the all-time series 11-1, with its only victory coming on Oct. 24, 2015 at home (3-0). Denver ranks first in the league as a team with 2.33 service aces per set and 15.13 kills per set in conference play.
