OMAHA, Neb. – Omaha Athletics will host a soccer season-ticket scarf pick-up party following the men's soccer black/white scrimmage on Wednesday, Aug. 9 at Caniglia Field.
The scrimmage will begin at 6 p.m. with the pickup festivities scheduled to start around 7:15 p.m. Not only will Maverick fans get their hands on this year's season ticket scarves before anyone else, but they will also get the chance to meet the Omaha men's soccer coaches and student-athletes.
The party will offer fans on-field activities, music and light snacks. Free men's and women's soccer schedule posters will be available, and Durango will also be on hand to greet Maverick fans and to take photos.
"This is a great opportunity for Omaha soccer fans to get their scarves, and get pumped up for soccer season," said Omaha Assistant Athletic Director for Marketing
Beau Brown.
For those unable to attend this year's event, scarves can be picked up at the Box Office at Baxter Arena or the will call window at any home soccer match.
Single-game tickets are available to the public now and can be purchased at the Baxter Arena Box Office or OMavs.com/tix.
