Mavericks Set High Marks in Lincoln

LINCOLN, Neb. - The ninth-ranked UNO track and field team got standout performances at a pair of meets this weekend including another nation-leading mark in a field event. Newcomer Nkeiruka Domike made her indoor debut in the triple jump with a leap that was both best in the nation and a school record.

Mavericks Heading To Lincoln, South Dakota

OMAHA, Neb. - The UNO women's track and field team returns to action at two meets this week. The Mavericks will head to Lincoln for the Frank Sevigne Husker Invitational on Friday and Saturday, Feb. 5 and 6. They'll also be at South Dakota for the John Dalton Invite on Saturday. It's the second week in a row in which the Mavs have taken part in two meets.

Moore Finishes Second at Husker Multi Challenge

LINCOLN, Neb. - UNO's Shannon Moore finished a close second to an athlete from Nebraska at the Husker Multi Challenge, a pentathlon/heptathlon meet, at Nebraska on Saturday. Moore finished with 3,630 points, just 29 points behind the Huskers' Rachel Butler.
